Part of the problem is that "Muslim countries" exist. In every country in the world where Muslims are a majority, they have either imposed Sharia using the power of the state, or allowed a totally separate system of Sharia courts to handle all matters remotely related to Islam. There had been one exception -- Turkey -- but even it has now turned.
In every other country where some other religion predominates, the government is truly secular. Put Jews in charge of a country, for example Israel, and the Jews there will tell you, "We Jews don't eat bacon, but everyone else can eat what they want." Put Muslims in charge of a country and they will tell you, "Nobody should be allowed to eat bacon!"
Well guess what? If you try to get between me and my bacon, you're gonna have a bad time!
So Mr. Prime Minister, if you wish to reduce the atmosphere of hatred and anger toward Muslims, I suggest you start by disavowing and condemning jihad in all its forms, and un-doing your country's "Islam is the official religion of the Malaysian Federation" nonsense. You pretend to run a secular state, but it is not that when you allow totally separate Sharia courts to prosecute cases of "apostasy".

Yes, that's true, but Turkey had a secular government for much of 20th century. There were some rocky roads keeping it that way too. But now, it looks like it's past the point of no return.

That is the biggest problem we who loves freedom faces. The liberal socialist idiots dont have a clue what they are really demanding. They think American can turn socialist and they will live in a utopia forever. They do not understand everything they own as well as everything everyone they ever know will have all been taken from them in the name of equality and then they are totally reliant on the government. Then the real poverty begins and everyone is really equal, just the equality is in misery only. The all of America will turn into tent cities just like the ones all over California now. These asshats are sold on a dream and have no idea what reality has in store for them.

Trumps hands were never tied. He should have forced little Sessions to do his fucking job a year & a half ago when all these crimes came to light & arrested them all for their crimes. There has never been any question about their guilt. Yeah he would have had some assholes protesting in the street & would have had to contend with some dirty judges if he tried them in civilian court but it seems Military Tribunals would have applied for the offense of treason.
