Wait, first degree murder typically means the killing was willful, premeditated, and with malice. If Fields had intended to kill people on that street with his car, he could have gotten a lot more that just one. See any of the vehicular attacks by moose limbs as examples of what happens when this kind of act is intentional.

Let's disregard your tin foil hat stuff for a moment and accept the official narrative that the Challenger did hit her and that Fields was driving, as the court surely did. In that case, we have manslaughter or something, but first degree murder? Nope.
They never do.
High profile murders with a political implications are never followed in court by the media like they follow other stories such as OJ or Scott Peterson and etc. There are no Nancy Grace type court stories about them. Even very big stories like Waco, Ruby Ridge and the Bundy Ranch thing have no follow up on the Court procedings. The only information usually comes from little blurbs in the local papers.
To @Rossum point, the actions of the day do not seem to warrant a first degree murder conviction. But. We don't know what the guy told police. We don't know what was presented at trial. We don't know anything. The guy may have implicated himself for a first degree murder conviction while in police custody or to a jailhouse rat. We don't know because the trial was never covered.
I often wonder about these types of cases as they are never followed up on. We never(or very rarely[timothy mcveigh]) get any follow up information. I suspect the actual act and motivation for the wackjobs does little or may hurt the agenda of media. They don't report that every single person in the Waco siege was found innocent and they don't report the wackjobs went on a murder spree because they thought the kids at school were mean to them.

Anons scoured every inch of video at the time. 30 videos were produced from the original clips & posted proving she was never hit are all scrubbed from youtube, and now there is a video clip "proving" she was from what was a "previously unusable" video that was stabilized this year before the trial that supposedly "proves" she was hit over 20' up the road & rode the front of car into the 1st grey car hit. I can think of one clip that should easily disprove this, but can't find it now. A month or so after the accident there were clips (from across the road at a high angle) of her standing next to where the car came in getting knocked over by the crowd fleeing the car & falling into the side of the road where they eventually gave her CPR. All gone! Big Brother is a very real thing. They completely "rewrote" the video evidence history on YouTube & BitChute between then & now. History is a fleeting thing in the New World Order.
There was a push going up to trial to up the charges to to first degree murder due to the "callous nature of the attack".

I'm not interested in "anons" scouring video. I'm interested in the evidence submitted at trial. Specifically the evidence that would lead one to conclude a first degree murder conviction. Did any "anons" go to the trial? Did they get any transcripts or video of the police interrogation? The media certainly has not reported any of it and frankly, neither has the "anons".
I'm not sure what part you aren't getting. The anons are not concerned with Field's fate at this time. They know it is all staged bullshit. The left staffed & staged both sides in the conflict at Charlottesville including the Torch March at the behest of the CIA/FBI/DNC.
A fat socialist died of a heart attack & possibly injuries sustained during the staging of a Safe Cities Gladio Event on the live take, 2 cars and 2 drivers and at least 2 takes were involved as it is the only way to account for the Continuity errors in released video. The court case is irrelevant really and Field's fate of low concern. If he drove, he deserves the sentence, if not, he is being paid to take the wrap, again, he deserves the sentence. More likely he will not serve time but make appearances as required in the media cycle.

Pacer.gov is a legal site that lawyers use to search Federal legal cases in the US Federal Courts. It should carry everything from initial filings or indictments through verdict & have the transcript of the case proceedings (if they are not ordered sealed) after it is filed by the court recorder. It is a subscription based site. Not sure what it costs or if you need to be credentialed to use it but I know the Anons use it to search regularly for sealed indictments updates & post other court docs. There are some on the Donald Reddit & Chans who can probably download it & get it to you or post it on the forum (if you don't want them to have your email) if you ask them nicely.
