News flash, everything has always been 'industry regulated'
That's why we find out 40 years later that stuff in daily use gives cancer, poisoning, organ damage.
The best thing you can do is DIY. The hardware itself isn't going to be an issue, just fluids sold by companies that only care for profits. Capitalism works in some areas, but it totally fks you in others.
