Some of it's ok. But no, we cannot agree that "kids absolutely shouldn't use e-cigarettes", because using them is a damn sight better than smoking. and nicotine is NOT "highly addictive." So while it does make some reasonable points, it was obviously written by a control-freak moron who has drunk tobacco-control's koolaid. 
With proponents like this one, we absolutely don't need enemies.

You know, until no one under 18 ever smokes a cigarette it is really dumb to worry about them vaping
So right. It's like, don't let the kiddies chew bubble gum, it might lead to them shooting up sm*ck.

As long as adults have access to cigarettes, so will kids - it's all smoke and mirrors to divert attention from real ongoing social crisis
