He doesn't exactly have all his facts straight.

Geez, if vaping was the only risky behavior I indulged in during my teenage years, I'd consider it a major accomplishment. Scare tactics don't don't work on kids and neither does knowing in advance that something might be adverse to their health. They are invincible after all don't you know, lol.
