Someone on my facebook group (im a reviewer) took a snapshot of an advertisement in their local supermarket which was advertising this. For the folks outside of the UK who dont know what the "NHS" is... its the government ran, taxpayer funded United Kingdom's "National Health Service" which gives free (or almost free) healthcare to the residents of the UK.

Yes...they are offering support to smokers who want to give up smoking by USING E-cigs...
If ecigs was "bad"...do you think that the government funded NHS would be rolling this out for tobacco quitters?
