I just want to ask if which id more safer to use TFA/TPA or FA ? Im out with smoking so im hoping if vaping could help me with respiratory problems

Not exactly scientific evidence, but FA flavors gunk my coils less than TPA in general. So I would say FA is probably purer. Again, not a scientist. But, i did stay at a holiday in express last night.

Either brand, better than smoking.

I DIDN'T stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night but since my daily mix IS from TFA, I agree it'll gunk your coils faster.
I have many different brands, I just use a certain few of TFA for a very particular taste that I cannot duplicate with anyone else.
So, my answer to your question is FA.
