This is kinda simple question but I figure I'd ask.

Just got my syringes in and there all stamped with "single use only"

I'm assuming that's if they're being used in the medical field but do I toss them after I use them?

No, just wash them out. I would always use the same one for my Nic, PG and VG (one for each) and then one for my flavors. I would rinse it out with warm distilled water after every flavor. I finally got tired of that and bought a scale and pipettes. Just make sure you wear gloves when you're handling Nic.

clear packing tape works well ... did that when I started .. but also cool is to use clear nail polish .. like 99 cents at dollar stores everywhere

I have some I've used for months. I rinse with hot water, then give them a good soak in hot, soapy water (Dawn dish detergent), then a good hot water rinse before air drying on paper towels.
