Must this continue to pop up after already put email address in?

Agreed, it's really annoying.
There was an X to the right. After I signed up, I clicked on that and haven't seen it since.
I've clicked the x at least a dozen times, still pops up.
I'm gonna close, then come back and see what happens. TBC...
No, I even logged all the way out, instead of just closing. Still not seeing it. Have you placed your email, or no? Trying to figure this out for reporting.
Nope, don't want to get the emails.

I also put my email in, but I have browsing history clearing when I exit, so it pops back up. The system should recognize me as a member.
The only suggestions offered were to clear cookies and such, but you already are. I don't know why it's happening. I've not seen it since the first time.
Stopped doing it.
