hi I'm new to the vaping industry and I am currently taking steps in opening my own of my own store I was hoping maybe I could get some advice from some more experience shop owners information such as what is a good number of employees to start out with when you first open your business and excetera

That's a pretty big question. The first thing to consider is your demographic... how many other shops are in the area? is there a big vaping scene already present in the area? you need to figure out what kind of niche you're going to fill, what the locals are looking for and what you can provide that makes you stand out from the competition. So many things to consider. Also start by looking into the local laws concerning sampling/vaping on premise, age restrictions. I've got a few friends in the industry on both sides, retail and wholesale.
