I'm curious to try it, but I haven't been into bakery or cereal flavors in the last year or so. That's all I used to vape when I started!

It's all fruit, menthol, and custards lately for me.

TL;DR I'm afraid to buy the flavorings and be stuck with them if I don't like it lol.

Sorry bud. Guess I just assume everyone has a sense of humor about themselves.

Like the time I posted about how "dense and saturated" the flavor from the Haku was even though it made me hack like a maniac, then realized I forgot to wash it so I was vaping machine oil. *foot--->mouth*

Not much worse than the "buttery topping" they put on the popcorn at the theater! Hahahahaha

But seriously, I just thought it was the airflow that was making me cough! The vape tasted really good, I swear!

    Hello everybody,

A few weeks ago I was here asking your opinions about minimizing the size of my current squonk.
I've decided and just received the vapemail!

    Picture (open)

I've decided to have a regulated tube mod (Uwell Nunchaku looked like the most cost-efficient and quality choice).
I didn't got afraid of the reviews of the Chutulu Squonk Genius adatpter and added one.
And because of my GBOX + RADAR RDA is mainly a DL setup, I've added a MTL RDA on this one on the top (Vapefly Galaxies).

I've been using it since 3 days and only noticed some cons:

I've got to unscrew the BF pin a little bit otherwise the mod doesn't recognize the atomizer.
The RDA came with NI coils which I'm a bit afraid of because on some sites they say NI can be bad for your health.
The RDA can get hot quite fast even around 11 Watts so I'm trying to raise the Ohm and lower the watts.

The RDA came with a "yellowish" top part instead of a black one (This is official but I don't like it) so I think I'll need to get a black one from a defective RDA as a replacement part. I'm also thinking about changing the drip tip because the design is good but I don't like the cheap plastic feeling.
(And also I don't want to let the bottom of the drip tip melt into my RDA once again... yep it happened on my Radar RDA.)

As Pros I can say it is really convenient, easy to squonk, the flavour is just perfect and I can finally hide my squonk in my pocket! :)
The battery life is good as well with this low wattage.

Have a nice day everybody and thank you for sharing your thoughts.
    Dan

Thanks for the heads up. I know it's all so subjective but what beats a wasp for flavor, ease of building and ease of use? Not even mentioning price because the never ending search for better knows no bounds....well, within reason.

Hadaly, Haku, Basic 1.1, KRMA, Flav Ti, Tobhino, Furnace RDA, and Hadeon just to name a few. The Wasp is a great RDA for the price, but much better flavor can be had IMHO.

My issue with the Wasp is that it has too much airflow for my taste. I prefer a more restricted draw and unless you close the Wasp down almost all the way the AFC has no effect.
Flavor isn't bad, but if the slot was cut in half horizontally, I think the flavor would benefit.

As a rookie squonker I haven't even heard of any of these except the Hadaly, Now my eyes are wide open and I have a search google tab open for all of them. Airflow on the wasp is just right for me slightly closed.

I have a KRMA for sale, but most of those atties are kind difficult to buy unless you're in the FB groups. Psyclone sells their stuff direct from their website... you could get an Entheon or Hadeon pretty easily. Your best bet is to try and get one second hand... prices will be better that way too.

Oh yeah don't forget the Gas Mods GR1 too.

That's the only one I've been considering. Thanks for the info. I'll look at that KRMA, basic 1.1 looks interesting as well.

I picked up the basic 1.1 clone (sxk?).. Yes, I prefer it over the wasp - although I wanna' take a drill to the airflow on the basic, (why the hell did you mill bars over the air intake and cast bars on the plastic cap - idjits). It's as easy to build and wick as the wasp, and it won't pee juice all over you when squonking - the wasp likes to sneak a piss on you periodically, but has a much more controllable airflow.

That's the only change I'd make to the basic: cut out the bars to open the AF a bit - and on mine, I'd grind off the AF valve since I can't see it anyway and I leave it wide open.

I'm right with Jmoney on his recommendation. The only thing I don't like about the gas mod rda is if you get your coil to high up you get spitback really easy. But not a reason not to buy. I'll advocate the clones to try before you go authentic. Was actually looking at my haku and boxer wondering if I want to rebuild it and put that one back in rotation

I was about to suggest LeSupersonic, but the air isn't as much as the Haku. I have a KRMA I'm not using, several Haku Phenom that see little (if any) use. Must mainstays are Supersonic, Odis 16 and Nuppin.

Funny thing is that there's another list for a Ti Basic 1.1 coming up. The deck is black and sandblasted!

If anyone here wanted one they could PayPal me the total and I'd get on the list for them.

If I recall (it's long gone) the Wasp was kinda airy.
Given that, of these, I'd agree MOST with the Haku or Flave 22mm. Those are my favorites.
I find some other popular lately (Tobhino, Hadaly, Entheon) a little tight. A couple other contenders, if they appeal to you: DPro Mini, and Recurve

    LOL - I have had many... :)
But I slowed down lately, partly due to $, but partly because many of them coming out lately, I KNOW without trying that they won't have enough airflow for me.

That IS of interest, but there's NOT ONE photo of the deck!! That's not ok...
Also, looks like I'd want the "ultem kit" to have the more squared off top for it - another 20 Euro...and all colors out of stock anyway.

I like it, but with "options" and Euro prices and shipping...it's gonna have to go on the "when I have money" list, lol.
