I just bought the Kangartech Top EVOD and tried to charge it but when i hooked it up to the USB charger it automatically blinked three times. What am i doing wrong? Please help

I never used a EVOD but I'm pretty sure you could google it for charging instructions...YouTube might have a few videos on it too..
