Smok TFV4 Tank repair or just replace?

I need a bit of help in a decision of attempting a repair.
It was time to replace a coil in my tank but when I tried to take out the coil i just got the top half and the bottom twist section is stuck in the bottom and I can't remove it.
I have an idea with glue and a drill-bit however I can't find anything online on a how-to.
Should i try something or would it be easier to buy a new tank outright?

Put it in the freezer for a few minutes, then use a jar opener to try and twist it off again.
