Smok M17 coils?

Hi.

I'm a noob looking into buying a M17 as a first vape pen because it's cheap and it'll probably fit the bill, for now at least.
The issue is that the replacement coils specifically made for the M17 are way more expensive and harder for me to get than say the ones for the V8 Baby. Meaning I'd be paying severalfold more for the M17 in the long run.

So the question is, are there any alternative coils which will fit the M17? I still don't understand much about ohms and wattnot...
