SMOK alien 220 button problem

Ok I received my SMOK alien about 2 weeks ago. Never dropped or any kind of abuse. If you press underneath the watt down button it also presses the button and changes. https://youtu.be/CCDWvkA1-pY

I have 2 Aliens, and mine do not do that. Might consider a silicone sleeve.
