Sigelei Fuchai 213

I got my hands on a Fuchai 213 and i love everything about it except for one thing and I've tried looking it up to finding no answers. The mod will turn its wattage down completely by itself , sometimes rapidly,other times it'll slowly just go down one watt at a time,and i don't know why. I'm running a Smok Cloud Beast on it. It also says Resistance setting only for temp mode almost every time i go to hold the wattage button up+ . plz help
