Took to running in place as I listened to a Heilung mix cast from my phone to Roku's Youtube channel. Nice to see folks bigger on a screen of a tell lie vision. Got a decent 30 minutes of run in, six five minute bursts. Not sure I could sustain more, ... yet. Am sure those in Heilung probably run all day. I'll get there and then some. you've seen Stepford Wives, imagine the Stepford Wild Man ... *cues some twinky twonky elevator Muzak from not a good place*

Would love being over into our homestead/forever home and getting a hydroponic lettuce factory up and growing cash every 4 wks. Might even set up a pepper factory, boc choi, swiss chard, field and water cress, kale. I figure using grow tower systems will be about the easiest. I can then also combine that with inclusion of growing fish which also set up nutrients for the plants in the water, plants clean the water and aerate it for the fish, closed cycle grow system. Sorry I ran on in that sentence. My atrocious grammar will just be that though. *chuckles*
