claim was done thru U-Haul...
U-Haul contacted me, asking for photos of the damages, I sent these!

I JUST FOUND OUT TODAY FROM THE GUY DRIVING THE TRUCK THAT UHAUL WILL NOt PAY FOR THE DAMAGES AND HE HAS TO DO A CLAIM WITH HIS OWN INSURANCE!!

Why the fuck didn’t U-Haul tell the renters,that the liability insurance they had will only cover the the fucking truck?!

my insurance claim is with USAA now, I got a call from an adjustor, he gave a claim number And a rental car reservation number... so..... we picked a auto body shop that is in their network, I went their last week for an estimate , after that, the dude said, we will send this to USAA, and you will get a call from us, THIS WAS 2 WEEKS ago!
I finally called the USAA adjustor, I left a message 2 days ago!!! And I still haven’t heard from him!!
This WHOLE insurance SHIT is a nightmare!
