Rusty or sugar coated coils ?

Hello everyone,

I haven’t change the coils for about two months but they looked like this two weeks ago when I changed the wicks. This is just my work gear but it’s a good one.

Are the coils college from the sweet juice or is that rust? They are AVS Triple core fused Claptons.

You can try a drop of dishwashing detergent & a soft toothbrush & see if it helps. From the pics it doesn’t look bad at all.

Are they stainless? If so stainless will discolor from the heat. Probably a little burnt sweetener also. It’s hard to get it all out from between the Clapton wraps.

I strummed them again and they were a bit cleaner than the pics show.

I probably go through 60ml in a week, maybe more (this RDA). But Jam Monster is a coil killer. Worth it. rofl

Yes SS. I figured it was typical stainless discolouration but wanted a fellow vaper's opinion. And yeah, they can be a bitch to get clean.
