He grinds off the teeth and dips them in thick rubber 2-3 times I think. You get 2 for $20 obo.
I scratched an atty with regular pliers and marred it pretty bad. One on the top and bottom. Bingo!
Worth every penny. Love, Love, Love them. I don't know what I'd do without them.
