Really Poor Customer Service

Made an order 11/13/2014.
The site doesnt show my order. No shipment info.
I sent them 2 e - mails about it messaged from facebook.
Still nothing.
They got the payment of course.

Do not order anything from them if you dont like poor cs.

Really? I've always gotten great service from them. I suggest you call them and be civil with your payment information and what you ordered.

Since i live abroad. My time is limited to call them. I tried once but no answer.
I sent to their customer service 2 e-mails explaining the situation and my order number. I sent a message from the facebook page too.
The problem is i cant even cancel my order because my order doesnt show on the site, but i got an order e-mail and they charged my cc.
I think 1 week is more than enough to get even a response from them

I have also ordered from them for a long time and the only issue I had was taken care of professionally and promptly.
