are the 26650 batteries on joes blog the same size dimensionally as 18650 batteries. what im wondering is will they fit in a standard mod or will they be to big? what kind of mod would you need for 26650? thanks

Good question.

Here is battery nomenclature 101.

18650 battery means...

18= 18mm diameter. 65=65mm long. 0=cylindrical or round battery.

26650 means

26=26mm diameter. 65=65mm long. 0=cylindrical or round battery

18650 = decent sized battery

26650 = freaking HUGE

Unless it involves yard work so there you are on your own.

As far as the Vamo, depending on your topper and the wattage you set it for, you will get a lot of vape time out of a 2600 mAh 18650 battery.

Same goes for the Nemesis.

Well perhaps slightly less for the Nemesis as a mech is always delivering as much as it can.

The current vaping craze is for 26850 mods.

As far as I am concerned, if it don't fit nicely into my shirt pocket and play nice with my cell phone, I am not into it.

That actually just occurred to me the other day when i measured an 18650's length. Today i remembered to check the diameter and sure enough, that's why they're named like that. Thanks for the confirmation!
