This is my review of the MSM Tech Phoebe RDA which is 24mm in diameter, made from stainless steel, dual post/dual coil build deck, adjustable bottom and side airlflow, 810 fitting drip tip, squonk pin and can be purchased in ss, black, rainbow or black finishes. I also show how I wick the coils in this RDA.
