Signed....what a disgusting attempt to keep us from accessing a product that helps keep us from smoking cigarettes. I honestly believe that paying a small amount would be honorable, but .40 cents per ML is outrageous. Its almost as bad as Washington states proposed tax. Filthy, greedy and wrong.
