I ordered a 90 VG 10 PG mix and received a 90 PG 10 VG mix. Emailed the customer support and received a reply from Robert the sales rep that it was my fault for not paying attention when I placed my order. I sent an email back with a screenshot of my order confirmation and after that never heard back from them again. I'm including a copy of my order confirmation

The order confirmation plainly reads a 10/90 PG/VG, and he should have had that in front of him to verify. What's their problem? Perhaps dyslexic individuals shouldn't work in their customer service department.

If they wont make it right I would dispute the charge on your credit card. Fuck em.

You gave them the chance to make it right and they didnt.

I dont care if you told them you were going to shit on their grandmas grave, they need to fix it even if afterwards they block your account.
