Would a $8.00 gas station cigalike have a $2.00 tax AND a $200 Provari have the SAME $2.00 tax?
Would a 5ml bottle of ejuice have a $2.00 tax AND a 120ml bottle of ejuice have the SAME $2.00 tax?
