new to vaping had an evod for about 2wks but wanted something bigger so I got cool fire 4 but its hitting my throat hard I'm using a juice that's 90vg/10pg and vaping on 23 watts any suggestions for a smoother hit

Did you get some lower (much lower?) nicotine juice to go with the new sub-ohm setup?

Correction it's a .5 and my juice is 12ml

My guess is that your nic is too high for .5
I recommend to try a lower nic, perhaps 6mg or even 3mg
