hi there,

so i have been vaping for about 2 year's now, i have had box mods, mech mods, stacked mech mods and pretty much everything inbtween.
i have recently bought a dripbox 160 !! (DECK IS HORRID).

so my question is what sort of builds should i be looking at ? I LOVE CLOUDS !!!!!!!!.
i just feel like a .10ohm build on that box @ 100watts is like vaping @ 30watts?!?!?!..

Try using thinner wire with a lot of wraps like 10+ using a regulated mod you don't need to build low. It's about surface area. Try 28 or 26g 2.5mm dual coil with 12 wraps.

I second @SteelDriver 's advice in getting another RDA. Suggestions I would offer are a Goon, a Narda. For a dual coil build suggest each coil of 28awg at 3.5mm inner diameter be 3 to 6 wraps. That will let you get a net (R) oHm of around .30 to .70. It is a fairly safe range for even a single battery mechanical while still pushing some clouds.

For clouds, Goon is probably a good bet, and there are clones that come with bottom feed pins included.

(me, i just got a 22mm Goon, and I'm running it with only 1/3 holes open, cuz that's how I roll...)

Me, I just suck at tiny parts. I managed to put the bottom pin IN an atty a couple times - but even that has been a challenge.
Sometimes, just mounting a coil, I get all fucked up...

lol, yeah, the DB160 is nothing like 160 watts.

ditto the different attie, and compensate bad chip by adjusting watts up substantially compared to other mods

Squonking is awesome, I spent a long long time finding the best RDAs because most of the ones that come WITH the squonker are crap.

My current favorite squonk rda is the Hadaly, sweet little thing..

Think my Goon is a 24mm one from FastTech and/or 3F. Got two brass toned SS ones for the brass CopperVape. Recently, ordered a Lost Art (Goon 24mm ) variety from 3F for the silver CopperVape. I think both come with BF pins already installed. Also got a few extra Goon specific pins, seems some nutty guy misplaced one from one of the brass toned Goons. Not sure why he forgot it had a BF pin already. I used to remember but, ...
