new ipv mini2 owner with questions

Real noob question but here it goes.

I notice when I fire up my mini
the battery indicator has a line going through it at 50W.
At 5W the battery is half full when I fire it up.
What does it mean?

Also I have two Panasonic 3400mah batteries.
one last a good day at 40-50W
While the other last 3-5hours.
Did I get a bunk battery?

I think those batteries are only rated for a 6 amp discharge. There not going to work in a 70 watt device to well. I would use 20 amp continuous discharge batteries at the minimum.

Yea you need better batteries it's not the mah of batteries that matters it's the amps. Grab some samsung 25r they are around $5 each
