I have the ELeaf istick 50w.
What's the best settings ? And how much do I keep the vents open?

That depends on what you're running on it. More info would be helpful.

What kind of tank or dripper are you using? What are the ohms readings for your coil?

Start at the lowest setting and gradually increas your watts upward on the scale until you find where it taste the best.

If it starts to taste burn't, you have gone too far so back it back down and remember the setting..

Kicking this to Regulated Mods for some more exposure, but we'll still need to know what kind of topper you're using to suggest settings - otherwise @UncleRJ's advice is probably the best we can do...
