Need help please rebuild Kayfun v3 mini

I have about a dozen of them (styled)
When I use the spare O rings that came with it ,they don,t work as well
I almost have to use I wrench to putthem back together and fill
The O rings seem to fit, although tight
I dont want to keep trashing them

Additionally an old school trick was also to place a piece of dental floss underneath the o-rings.
