Thanks..... I needed this one. I like the TFA, but this sounds better. Have my fingers crossed.

I have an untested recipe calling for 3% TFA Tutti Frutti.
If I swap them, do you think FA at 1% is a good starting point?

It's one of three and it's the lowest, so I will go 1%.

I do like the concept behind the recipe, but I don't want to go off topic here, but since you never cooked with a pack of gum maybe you could try it too. :)
It's "your" thread, do you want to discuss it?

The credit, for good and bad, goes to tc1 from ECF.
Ecto-1
8% TPA Lemon Lime
6% TPA Hawaiian Punch
3% TPA Tutti-Frutti
2% Cotton Candy

That's the base recipe, untested by me. I will test it replacing TPA Tutti Frutti by FA Tutti-Frutti (Blenderize) droping to 1% just to get a feeling, and I will also drop the Cotton Candy from it. Maybe it's there just to null the citric Lime, I don't know and only tc1 could answer that.

I like the concept of a citric fruit booze.
Some lime and some booze (Cuba Libre'ish not necessarily with Rum) and Tutti-Frutti could act as the same suggests, giving lots fruit mix tones to making it more vibrant.

I don't know how to cook with gum (yet) but I could see it fit in the concept.
But then again, there must be a good reason to why I suck at cooking :p
