I bought an iPV mini from 101Vape last month. I had a problem. The end cap for the battery was not making good connection. It would just pop off when sitting the iPV down. They were skeptical at first because they hadn't had any issues with the mini. But at least the answered my email. I had to ship it back at my cost so they could verify the problem and figure out if it was the mod or just end cap threads. They determined it was just the cap and sent it back with new cap at their expense. I have the impression I could have gotten them to reimburse me my shipping cost if I tried but its not worth me putting anymore time into it. So verified good guys story here.
