I'm at a loss, guys. Trying to replace/adjust the insulator.
I removed the 510 pin from the bottom of the post by screwing it right out. It looks like the center post itself might be screwed through the deck. I grabbed the split part of the post with my fingers and tried to unscrew it to no avail. My next step is to grab it with needle nose pliers and give it a twist. But without knowing how it's actually attached, I'm afraid I'll break it.
Any insight/experience would be greatly appreciated!
