Every Tuesday I have to pile up in a car and go for a 2 hour drive with a couple of guys. All are smokers (which sucks) so the vape isn't an issue. However I am still weary of vaping comfortably as I don't want the vapor to cause any imparment to the drivers ability to see. All I have are sub ohm rta/rdas, i diy juices. I haven't mtl since the first time I tried to vape. I have 28g kanthal and 26g ss 316l. I have no idea how to make a set up that would be a satisfying and low vapor producing. Any tips will help, will make a high nic juice specifically for the trips, wattage ohm, and coil build. And yes even with the windows down I feel like it still blows around the cab. Thank you kindly.

Have you thought about a pod system? The new Smoant Pasito has a rebuildable rba for it. I've built mine to like a. 84.. Use it for mtl while I'm away from my main vape. I have a 28gss 9 wrap in the rba.

Would help if you tell us which tanks you have...which device is most restricted airflow? That's where I'd start. Reduce airflow, reduce wattage, see what happens.

Aries g-taste 30 can be the most restricted, I've been dropping it down to 35ish and using about 3 of it's holes It has 2 of the three Claptons that came with it at .16. it's ok but not all that satisfying like being in the desert and only allowed a tiny sip of water but still a plum on the exhale. I just didn't know if there was a build that would still pack a punch but not alot of vapor. Naturally I know up the pg for a throat hit but I don't normally use pg just the nic and flavor so I didn't get any. I was kinda thinking I was sol but was hoping maybe there was a build that would be more suitable.

Ok, just a suggestion, but here goes:

Try your 26 ga SS, 2 coils of 10 wraps each according to steam-engine.org should ohm out to about 0.4. Run it with restricted air at about 30-32 watts.

My experience with SS wire and steam-engine is that my coils always come out to have higher ohms than the calculations state, so 8 wraps might do it. May be some trial and error involved here, but I'd shoot for 0.4 as a target for the two coils.

Won't cost you much wire to at least give it a shot. Important, though, to get the airflow right. You'll have flavor for days and not enough cloud to obscure anyone's vision.

By the way, that Aries is a knockout gorgeous tank. I hadn't seen one before.

Finally got around to it and yes no more vape then their smoke and flavor is far more tasty. Still able to turn it up and fully open it up for my tens when I'm working. Thank you kindly for your help. It is a very good tank didn't like it at first because of its size but the juice always seems to taste better out of it sadly when I first got it I dropped the build deck so now it's a very tight fit putting it back together. I would definitely recommend it.
