Modefined Prism 250 issue

I bought a Prism 250 back in November, and two weeks ago, outta no where it started draining only one cel. I thought maybe it was just a bad battery so I put in my second set and same thing. No matter what I did it only drained the center cel. Anyone else have problems with the Prism 250?

Well, two different Modefined mods with design/build issues.
Makes me rethink my Paranormal 250C idea...

Yeah it's ironic because I have given good reviews and felt like the prism was a great find!!

Now I have to go back and explain there complete lack of any customer service and support.

They never did reply to my support mail.
