I have the vaporesso tarot nano and i connected it to the charger it started heating up and it doesn't even charge it just starts heating up after connecting

Sounds like time to get a new mod to me.
i got this not even 2 months back, its under the warranty period
Return it.
yeah dont try to charge it anymore. Too risky
Does that have fixed batteries? If not just try getting some replacement batteries and get a battery charger. I try to never charge on my mods. Though they have the option, from my experience it is better to use a designated charger where that is it's sole function. Mods don't always charge batteries equally, which is not a good thing at all.
Being that is an internal/fixed battery mod, it's time to avail yourself of the warranty. If it were an external/replaceable battery design I'd go with voice and say get a charger but...
