So many of 'em say that it's a tobacco product because it contains nicotine, nevermind that nicotine is optional and nevermind the fact that if containing nicotine is the defining factor, then the patch and gum are also tobacco products, which would also mean no nic patchs and no nic gums in schools, hospitals, state legislature buildings, etc. They fail to see that the same faulty logic they use for the ecig equally applies to items they don't want to define as tobacco products.
