Turns out, the NLPWM, the SPWM and ANY board that isn't Big Al's IS NOT SILENT.
That Silent PWM timerless tech he uses is trademarked to him, it's not a simple frequency tuning, he doesn't use timers.
HOWEVER, the NLPWM and SPWM V3 MIGHT AS WELL be silent, as you cannot hear them while vaping. I have to put my ear up to the side of my enclosure to hear it FAINTLY, it's barely audible and in real use it won't be heard unless you go LOOKING to hear it. At full power (AKA max battery voltage i.e. firing like an unregulated mod would as the current isn't being pulsed at full power, simply dumped in entirety out of the circuit) it does NOT buzz/hum, as it isn't pulsing.
It looks like Big Al really does have the only honest-to-god (As in it doesn't make a PEEP, at least audible to humans) Silent PWM boards, but considering on the NLPWM and SPWM V3 you have to go OUT OF YOUR WAY to hear the buzz, it's hardly something I'd consider meaningful. Just felt compelled to announce it.

I will say the NLPWM is a way better vape than any of Big Al's shit is, though. 1V-Max battery voltage in .1 increments and the board is FAR easier to use and fiddle with. I can wire up a SPWM V3 to almost mimic the behavior of an NLPWM, but I like the NLPWM best as it has everything I personally want in regulator RIGHT there, the SPWM V3 is made to be modded with TONS of peripheral part options, the NLPWM is made just how I like it so other than the one personal SPWM V3 I'm making myself to have a reference tester, I'll be using NLPWM's in all my personals right now.

Sadly the last contact I had from him was on July 30th where he was asking some questions about some stuff regarding my mod.
I pinged him Sunday and have not received a word from him yet.
He did however post a message on his facebook on the 1st.
As for the only just becoming a member, I used to lurk around the forums and only made an account to post here when he went MIA for awhile. If I hear anything from him I will be sure to update everyone here as well.
For anyone like myself that has paid and received nothing so far I can only suggest that you do the same as me, keep track of your paypal refund window so you don't fall outside of that date.

Now to see if I need to look into a refund and find someone else ready to throw together one hell of a mod.
M&PWM is closed. Forever. I'm also done modding outside of the hobbyist sense. Numerous reasons for this, but after the two recent bullshit death threats and the.. losses, sustained from this business there is 0 logical reason to sink anything else into this. I'm finishing the orders I still have (some have shipped, some are almost done, zero are barely done, I'll have everything out by the end of this month) and then I'm closing shop and deleting this page entirely. I have already unpublished it meaning if you do not follow or like it or have it existing as a bookmark you can no longer view it. Do not take this as me just running off, this is just me shutting the business down. This is the first step in a line of several, but sadly the day is here.
I'm not bitter or angry, I don't feel I was cheated, just had a lot of unlucky shit happen at not the best time. That's all of life, but that being said, I can't afford to do this. I never could, it never really paid much and I had a lot of problems in the beginning. Some of you know that better than others. Notice the screen name and the way he spoke to Grimm Green or all people over an RTA that he liked all because Grim didn't say it was the best RTA ever invented.

You may have 180 days to file a dispute through eBay through the electronics section but I doubt the 45 day mark has changed from sending money to some random guy.
Besides if you even mention vaping you will automatically lose because PayPal frowns on vaping and it's against their TOS.

I bought one of his piece of shit mods...the damn thing burned up twice, each after the first hit off an atty.
I sent the mod to 5150mods from eBay to have it repaired correctly.
What you receive is a mod wired like a child did the soldering, no heat shrink on anything, no countersunk 510, glue on the mod from his hands. I really couldn't believe my eyes after paying 200 bucks for a hunk of scrap metal with the chips glued to the enclosure. The freaking thing came wrapped in plastic held together with black electrical tape...!
Since this episode with makhail, I've bought two NIpwm mods from 5150mods, both are made like he had a robot do the work, absolute perfection...!
This is incorrect. I would of said 'virtually no clue about electronics' was more accurate, however people can make good mods without deep electronics knowledge as long as they can solder, use a drill and follow a diagram. It sounds like from what @inspects has said he was unable to do those things either.
Welp... guess it is time to start the refund process and start the search for a modder with some good history. Took a gamble with him, his post on reddit made it seem like he was a decent guy.

SR, check out 5150Mods (Chris) on eBay, he will make anything you want...I have a NIpwn I bought a couple weeks ago, super clean very professional work. He's making another one (gtl) with a laser etched skull theme around the mod. Should have it next week.

FYI even though i can't vouch for them yet, the site i ordered from is vaporlips.com they'll build anything no limits. even if you don't see an option for it and their pricing is resonable
jmodz are good, I have a mod of theirs, but they only do 18650 or 20700, no lipos. Although they did tell me a while back that they are planning to start doing a Lipo box too.Found it. jmodz
Ya I saw them after a quick google search. Have not had the time to do any digging on them but I mean #1 Google hit has to mean something.
Also just noticed that you are Anthony Vapes, always end up checking your channel for honest reviews before I look into the others.
Edit: Seems like they have been around for 2 years+ and I have yet to find any bad press about them.
