Sounds the battery is going. Might be time to get a new one. Welcome to VU, you should consider getting a mod that takes 18650 or 21700's and get a handful of batteries. Its a good investment if you like vaping and will give you options.

You may want to try cleaning the connection port on the mod where the USB plugs into the mod with a good electronic contact cleaner to see if that helps
Also, make sure you are using a USB that can actually charge it

No problem. If you ask for recommendations you should get no less than a few hundred around here. Folks are always willing to help others spend money on vape stuff. I am not the best resource for regulated mods but others will be by soon enough.
