Liquid Barn Baker's Touch - Anybody used it in a mix?

I'm trying to figure out a cherry-cheese danish and this looks like it might be a solid component if the description is accurate. Anybody have experience with Baker's Touch?

I have some. I put a little in with my LB strawberry, the strawberry is a little tart. it is still steeping, and I FNG, so ...
but I will let ya know what I think.
