I have tried every wick setup on YouTube. 100% PG max VG made no difference. Here is what works. Take the bottom gasket off and fill the tank with high VG.The top needs to be slightly loose for air to get past the bottom seal.You can chainvape this setup all day and not worry about burning cotton(high viscosity of VG will minimize leakage).Drilling out the juice channels might produce similar results
