Anyone here know of a part I can get to replace the drip tip on the Kangertech drip box starter kit to a longer one with a smaller aperture ?. I find the one provided is like sucking on a car exhaust pipe .

Have you tried to google drip tips?
I know Fastech has a huge selection of drip tips and is where I get a lot of mine from.

I'd suggest a different RDA (Not a fan of the Kanger one, or the v2 as far as AFC goes) but if you want to continue to use the Kanger one, try to find a longer, wide bore tip that fits snugly inside the stock one. If it's a little loose, try adding a thin oring or 2 to get it snug. That's what I did with mine for a while until I just started using a different RDA.
