How do I get 1.2 ohms ? I keep coming out with .9 or 1.0 ohms . Ive tried extra wraps and doesnt change anything. Im using 26 gauge kanthal wire.

You can try using a higher gauge, or you can try increasing the diameter of the tool you are wrapping around. Odd that adding more wraps isn't raising the resistance. Also, are you dry firing your coil before you check the resistance?
