Stephen King's IT is scheduled to return to theatres in August with a post-credits sequence of footage from its upcoming sequel IT: Chapter Two.
Fandango made the announcement on Twitter, revealing that tickets are now available for Chapter One, which will return to theatres on August 3rd and August 6th at participating venues. The re-release of the original Pennywise picture will conclude with an eight-minute special sneak peak of the sequel.
The extended preview attached to this limited-time re-release comes just over a month before the sequel debuts in theatres, though curious cinemagoers might be enticed towards this refresher simply to catch a glimpse of Chapter Two.
