I have a clapton coil and i have basic wire coil. And i am thinking of triple coiling my rta. Is it safe to use one clapton and two single wire coils? Whats the hazard?

You shouldnt do this unless you can get an even glow on the coil and both share the same resistance

current always takes path of least resistance so you’ll end up heating one coil over the other

You can do it as long as all three coils combined are within the safe resistance range of your battery/ies and mod, but why would you? The coil(s) that take(s)s longer to heat up is basically a moot coil.

What are the specs of the coils?

You will have uneven heating and likely end up with a dry hit as you are not atomizing the liquid evenly. You may be able to get away with it if the atomizer design makes sense but generally speaking the coils should all be the same so they heat the same and use the same amount of resources.
