Where does seduce juice buy their Bavarian cream?

I intend to replicate Snake Oil exactly. I read the recipe is : 9% Pear 5% Bavarian Cream 1% coconut. Also that they positioned their factory right next to where they buy their nicotine so they can always pick up fresh batches regularly.

Bavarian creme isn't proprietary. I've got 50ml in a glass bottle.
