IPV4 Ti help

Hey everyone this is my first timeposting here because this IPV4 has me at a loss (both of them actually.) So I put down the ni200 after a whole lot of inconsistency and started building Ti coils on my IPV4. (spider silk from Envy) no matter what I have to crank both of my IPV4s up to 550f or higher to even get good hits.Current build is single coil 5 wraps spaced around 3mm for about .26ohms. I get dry coil warning even at 550 with no juice in there. Contacts are all clean. Wire is snug and resistance is Consistent when cooled down. Any ideas? I have tried pulling thee cotton out toward the legs of the coil and just jamming it full of cotton thinking its was not touching some of the legs and it didn't .Seem to help much. Any help is much appreciated!
