I am not trying to tell you all what to do but, I would think a banner of some sort to show up when jumping on this site to get peoples attention.
Like the Reddit refugee one a couple of weeks ago.
I have done the survey already but I only found out about it when Zophie Vapes came on and mentioned it.
I didn't notice it on here until @Cromwell pointed me in the right direction.

I did the survey yesterday too, from someone mentioning it in another thread. This post is going to bump the thread, but it only took 1.5 hrs for it to get buried to page 2, and that's after [New Posts > Recent Posts], it was gone from page 1 of "New Posts" pretty quickly. I realize it's still visible on the main page, but you have to scroll down near the bottom for it to be visible/it's not easily seen/can easily missed. Most of the action is above that, if more news is posted the title of this post won't be seen without entering "What's in the news", if another "Good" is posted then you'd have to yet again enter "Good".

How about making the OP a temporary sticky in other sub forums with the most action. Add a link to this thread for discussion / lock it for reply's. When the survey is closed the temps can be removed while preserving this thread.
We need as many bullets with FDA's name on them as we can get.

A lot of surveys do that for whatever reason.

I got sick of how many times it asked me how long I had been vaping and my age.

That being said, it's all for a good cause!

Same with me. He'll I almost confused my self with how many days I've been without a cigarette. Years and months no problems. Then tried to quick math the days. Lol that a lot
