FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb has said that he is open to vaping companies showing that their products are less harmful than traditional cigarettes and can help people quit.

Someone should point him to the UK's national health site and the Royal Collage of Physicians statements, but what would they know? RCP has only been around 500 years and came out against Tobacco years before the FDA even acknowledged that Tobacco was dangerous
